Pharos Architectural Controls has announced the creation of a new role within the leadership team to focus on growth, with a primary objective of delivering success for Pharos Expert.
Bas Hoksbergen will move into the newly created post of Business Development Director, bringing with him nine years’ experience with the company and over 17 years working with Pharos technology. The move will see him build on his previous position of Commercial Director, where he has been able to develop several of Pharos’s key client relationships and help direct the company’s strategy.
In his new role, Bas will identify new markets for Pharos Expert, establish distribution channels and ensure the technology achieves its full potential as the company continues to invest in its development.
Speaking of his new position, Bas said: “I’m looking forward to taking up this new role and dedicating my time towards driving great success for Pharos Expert. My journey through the company has been incredibly rewarding, and my new role demonstrates how Pharos champions its employees and identifies opportunities for progression. I’m excited to refocus while continuing to make an important contribution to the success of the business.”
