The 2025 revival of Oedipus at Studio 54 New York garnered seven Tony Award nominations: Best Revival of a Play; Best Leading Actor; Best Leading Actress; Best Direction of a Play,; and three design awards: Best Scenic Design, Hildegard Bechtler; Best Lighting Design, Natasha Chivers; and Best Sound Design, Tom Gibbons - a troika of UK designers.
