key role in advancing Theatre Projects’ expanding portfolio and strengthening client partnerships throughout North and South America.

“Blake’s proven ability to lead transformational venue projects and his executive leadership across operations, marketing, and economic development make him the ideal leader for our Americas operations,” said Scott Crossfield, Partner. “His track
record of driving organizational transformation and his commitment to operational excellence will be invaluable as we expand our footprint throughout North and South America.”

Kate Groener joins Theatre Projects as Head of Global Business Development, bringing 15 years of experience bridging theatre consulting and creative technology. Most recently, Director of Client Strategy at SOSO, Groener developed interactive digital experiences for Fortune 500 companies, leading cultural institutions, and top-tier universities.

“Kate’s unique combination of theatre consulting roots and creative technology experience positions Theatre Projects perfectly for our evolution into new markets,” said Tom Lamming, Partner. “Her track record of translating complex technical capabilities into compelling client experiences will be invaluable as we expand our impact globally.”

Groener's career in theatre consulting began in business development at Charcoalblue, where she developed expertise in acoustics, venue planning, and performance design. With experience spanning the US, UK, Middle East, Australia, Asia, Europe, and India, she approaches business development as relationship-building rather than sales, valuing collaborative partnerships and authentic connections.
